The ACRO YOGA 757 community is the integration of Yoga, Acro Yoga, Acrobatics, Acropeutics, Healing Arts, and Circus Arts in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and surrounding Hampton Roads area of Virginia in the area code of 757. It is a physical practice that combines elements of Yoga, Acro Yoga/Acrobatics, and Thai Massage that emphasizes on trust, communication, fun, and community.
